Short term visas (Schengen C-visas), e.g. tourism, business trip and family visit purposes are handled by the Hungarian Embassy in Singapore. Please see their website for more information.

Long term visas, e.g. digital nomads, studying, working in Estonia (D-visas) are processed in the Estonian Embassy in Singapore. Please see the information on the conditions and required documents on the Estonian MFA website here.

Please note that you must complete the application form and gather all relevant documents prior to coming to your appointment in the Embassy. We are unable to accept any incomplete applications. You can book your appointment in our electronic calendar here.

There are 2 options for paying the state fee, please note that we do not accept cash or credit card payments:

1. Prior to your appointment to the Estonian Ministry of Finance account as instructed here. Please note that you will have to present a proof of payment among your application documents;
2. If you have a local Singapore bank account, you can pay the state fee in the Embassy during your appointment via a QR code or UEN number (Paynow).
