You can apply for your e-residency card online, at the Estonian Police and Border Guard website here. Once your card is ready for pick-up, you will get a notification from the external service provider (BLS office in Singapore, https://blserdid.com/contact-us.php)

Please note that the embassy is not responsible for the e-residency applications, nor the issuing of the cards.
